A Bad Week

In bookgroup on the 17th, we were supposed to bring our "comfort" book, and I don't have one of those, so I brought the most recent Jack McDevitt and Rosemary Edghill's Bell, Book, and Murder. We went out for excellent Japanese and between the hand tremors and my right thumb and forefinger meeting off angle, I couldn't handle the spoon. I had lunch out today and had trouble dealing with the fork, too. I'm trying to figure out which doctor I should ask for Occupational Therapy, to see if there's something to do.

I've had way too much pain most of the week -- I finally got out to get groceries on Wednesday and on the way home, found that my little clusterbox had so much mail in it that I couldn't move the latch. I left a note for the mail person today, asking them to pull it back or put it in one of the parcel boxes. That note was taken off when I got back, and the latch was still blocked. I found the best choices I could at USPS.com and I hope they fix it (I'd been on hold 45 minutes with them earlier, and gave up).

I come home yesterday and today and gone straight to bed for a while; now I'm almost done with laundry.
