Yesterday, I planned to stay up until 2 or 3pm and then back to sleep so I could go out early this morning to take the trash & recycling out and get labs done. Well, it turned out that I stayed up until 11:30pm, which made me up a bit less than 26 hours. I was pretty sleepy and went to bed at 9pm to read and then went to sleep at 11pm. The alarm was set for 7:30am but when it went off, I hurt so much I could hardly reach to get it. I did mutter a lot and turned it off, then got off the bed, having to use the walker, and took another batch of narcotics. I went back to bed and back to sleep. I woke up with pain again at 3:30pm and didn't take narcotics, even though I've been using the walker. I'm trying not to use the walker when I take short steps. I skimmed today's paper and put it under the pile starting with Saturday's paper. That's four, so I hope I get through a couple tonight.
Nothing really exciting here, other than that I plan to go to sleep at 11pm again tonight.
