Last night I watched the documentary I taped on Sunday and then finished both Thursday's and Friday's papers. That got me to bed to read at 3:30am, which I did until 5am and went to sleep. I woke up at 6:30am and went to get the paper and then back to bed. The alarm was set for noon, but I was having a very good dream so I reset it for 1pm, but pretty much lost all the dream.

I came out and made the grocery list, then headed to Ruby Tuesday's to use the coupon (it would have expired before I could go out again). I had a mini burger and the garden bar, very good, not too big. On to the grocery where I made a big mistake. My list said "snackies" because I bought the tender ones last time and the cats hate them. I think a neighbor will take them. So I wanted the crunchy kind and as I walked down the aisle, I saw they had a Purina turquoise Birdie, and I got that. There's also a birdie that makes electronic chirps when it gets moved and I hope that will show me where the other three Birdies are. Since I can't go out until Thursday, I ordered the crunchy variety plus sparkle balls and new inserts for the turbo scratcher on Petco. They should be here in a couple days.

I was exhausted when I got home. I put the fridge and freezer things in and left the mail on my desk. I was amazingly wet. Even my face was wet and I had to dry myself off after I took my clothes off (they went into the hamper). I was fine when I left the grocery, and I had the van's air conditioning on, but I got really hot and wet in 15 minutes. I set the alarm for 90 minutes, planning to be out and watch the 6pm news, but when I put on my robe, I just turned on the VCR to record, turned off the TV, and went back to bed until 7pm.
