Shoulders, Hips, Head, Oh My!

I watched the season finale of Make it or Break it last night and then managed to read about a fifth of Sunday's paper before I nodded off too much. I went to bed at 1:30am and tried reading, but I only got two pages done, so I went to sleep at 2am. I left the alarm set at noon, but I woke up partway through the night with lots of pain in my shoulders, hips, and head. It would be really nice if the shoulders and hips hurt on the same side at the same time. I had more narcotics and, I think, turned the alarm off then.

It's good I planned to stay in today because I took more when I got up. I'm a bit disconnected, and it's dark outside, so I didn't work on the cable adapter. I read more of Sunday's paper -- up to a third now. It's also 90F and I'm not supposed to go out there or hotter.

I changed my Netflix plan to one DVD at a time. I used to have three at a time and there were times when they were all in the mail or Netflix, but I'm reading a lot more than I used to and I have too many disks just sitting here. I'm thinking about watching one tonight since I don't want to watch TV until 9pm, but I'm really leaning to reading more papers.

One of the WashPost columnists has a very funny/sarcastic column about apocalypse and Republicans.
