07:47 pm: On the Town

When this arrived, I was surprised -- I have a professional tape of it -- but I figured I'd watch the DVD anyway.

It's three sailors who are in New York City for 24 hours who find dates for the night (all six famous actors/singers/dancers) and then dance/sing their way through the town. There's a betrayal that's fixed, and a moody dance by Gene Kelly that's two years earlier than the one in An American in Paris. I always like this, although my voice was too gravelly to sing along this time.

One of my favourite musicals. Actually studied it during my MA, from a cultural perspective. Just great fun. :-)

This has nothing to do with your blog .....................
My email to you keeps bouncing back (twice so far), saying it is being rejected by the recipient domain.
Do you have a new e-dress? Or another one I could try?

Oh, I changed registrars (mine had died) yesterday and didn't think about the servers. Let's see what I can do.
