Williams tells us about a new digital-only anthology that will be only on Kindle and how it's being made. Kelly gives us information on fandom online (I thought this was a little off-center).
The good stories this time:
1. "All the News That's Fit" by Carol Emshwiller - a high mountain village doesn't have their newsman turn up with what's going on. A girl decides to go look and finds something she didn't expect.
2. "Walking Stick Fires" by Alan DeNiro - in the far future, the earth is run by walking sticks.
And one that is really really good. One of the best I've read for a long time. "Kiss Me Twice" by Mary Robinette Kowal - a detective and his AI have a lot of trouble solving what should have been an easy case. It's a real mystery story with some SF layered on. My only problem is that another AI says "This one will bring it in momentarily" and I do expect AIs to use words properly.
