Library Card

I forgot it again today and had to go back out to the van and get it.

Last night I was on so late that I just read the paper and went to bed. I worked on the magazine, but didn't finish it when I went to sleep at 3:30am. I got up at 1pm to get to bookgroup and I had five books to take in, plus my regular rehydration bottle & beading material, so I took two totes in the rolling cart. Near the end I towed the five books to put in the drop, and picked up the 13th and 14th Richard Jury books.

Our leader and her husband are definitely going to Disneyworld over Easter, and I hope to go to Minicon, so we decided to just cancel that month. We'll try to think of something longer to pick up on March to look like we're still reading.

One of our members is going vegetarian, so we went to Noodles & Co -- they not only have roasted veggies, but tofu as a protein.

A study shows that the more education women have, the less sick their kids get.

I have a few things that relate to Christine O'Donnell: she cancelled out of the Sunday shows, she used to dabble in witchcraft (said that herself):

and used a blustering term to make men feel bad: "unmanly" and "get your man-pants on". The WashPost gossip reporters used "man-up" for the guys who auditioned to be the announcer for the Wizards, and all throughout the sports reports, there's still man up. What is this?! We long ago said both women and men can be what they are, not some stiff statue of gender.

Finally, one of Tom Toles' excellent cartoons, this one on the Tea Party.
