08:22 pm: The Island
We find a lot of people all dressed alike with numerical names inside a closed environment. They think going to "the island" is a wonderful thing, but a curious "product" looks around and finds out the island is death. He gets himself and his girlfriend out and starts looking for people to help. The guy in charge has evil people looking for them and almost all of the rest of the movie has them just behind the "product." You see, the "aponsors" think they're getting cloned vegetative beings to give them organs or hair or whatever, but it turned out that the organs didn't work right without exercise, schooling, etc. So they had to grow real clones and kill them when the sponsor needed a part of them. In the end, the guy and girl let everybody else out and we see helicopters watching from above the no-longer product.

There's two black men in the show, one who is being killed as he goes to "the island" and the evil war-like guy. Maybe Rand Paul consulted.

I thought it was fine -- the plot was obvious and there was a lot of noise and screaming -- but I wish SF movies were better.

2005 -- that's where I am chronologically in DVDs from Netflix (except the few that go back to the bottom of the list after I watch them).

I was thinking the numbering and white clothes was more like Prisoner.
