07:13 pm: Shoes On
I got the shoes on long enough to go to Kaiser and pick up more narcotics. The nephrologist wasn't in the office today, so my message was supposed to go to the NP, but I haven't heard back.

I spent an hour in the workroom collapsing boxes and putting them into five larger boxes. I'll take those to the transfer station tomorrow. It makes it a lot easier to walk in the room. I also pulled beads for two donations to a Boy Scout spaghetti dinner -- a pen and a necklace with a removable perfume holder.

The laundry just finished. I just finished doing the html for Sunday's BFAC auctions.

Loki's feet have so much fur on them that his paws kind of slide when he walks. When he starts to run, it's just like the cartoons with the running in the same place. Junie is still spending time in the box at least once a day. I'm going to give her more brown crunchy paper because the rest has been flattened. Spirit thinks I should spend much more time in the recliner with her, although when she first comes up on my lap, she deviates to standing on top of the rectangular end table and looking around. Who knows, maybe she'll stop being so afraid.

Sleep apnea

I have virtually no time at all right now, but I want to throw in a few cents in the discussion between you and Mimi about sleep apnea. Maybe tomorrow?

My dog does that - the cartoon style of running. It's fun to watch when we play "fetch." His hair (and it is hair, not fur) grows tooooo fast, even with regular grooming, it's back in no time.

All the fur on Loki's feet is part of what makes it hard to clip his claws. I have to not only hold him tight, but I have to get the claw out beyond the fur.
