Cleaning After Spirit

Last night, I was in the kitchen putting dishes in the washer and she came across the foyer and stuck her head into the kitchen. I told her what a good girl she was and that she could come in more, but she went back to her bed.

This morning, she started to vomit, which she hasn't done in a long time. I saw her starting to heave and tried to push her off the recliner, since the floor is laminate and easy to clean. She tried to stay, so I have four fairly deep clawholes in my right leg. Took 10 minutes of pressure to make them stop bleeding. Most of the vomit was on the floor, but some was on my robe plus small bits on the recliner and newspaper and so forth. The robe and towels I used to clean it up are down in the bathroom ready to be rinsed and then washed. Then just a while back, Spirit vomited up a small amount in her bed and I cleaned that, but it does make the bed a bit wet and she's unhappy.

I got the results of the 24-hour urine today and while they're worse than usual, I don't think they're worse enough for the nephrologist to want to change anything. So I'll have to go to the primary doctor who will send me to a different specialist for everything that's wrong (Kaiser pays doctors by capitation).
