Sleep Soon

I was so tired and had a headache when I got up, but I have other things to do so I finally went and got groceries. When I finish here, I'll start laundry and take a nap.

I just got email from the nephrology RN telling me that neither the doctor nor the NP were in today and she'll give them my email tomorrow.

I think the bed is making Spirit braver -- as if having a safe place means she can do things she was afraid to do. The last three nights, when she came onto my lap in the recliner and Junie was up in the crenellations, Spirit would stand on the recliner arm next to the castle and talk to Junie. Junie doesn't answer and Spirit eventually gives up. I moved the scratchy thingie over to under the end table because the other two don't use it, and she got out in front of the end table to use it.

I'm starting to have some problems with the beginning letters for the big kitties, which leaves me in a rather humorous spot because that makes them Lunie and Joki.

Remember the contamination of the enhancer product? Now the FDA is looking at how so many spices are contaminated. It would be easy to make them all clean, but people are likely to be afraid to buy products that have been irradiated.
