Kaiser Permanente in the Mid-Atlantic tunes waiting room TVs to Headline News and today they were going over Tiger Wood's statement. I wasn't really listening partly because I think that's his business and partly because I had the WashPost to read, but I did get my attention pulled when he said, "Some people have made up things that never happened. They said I used performance-enhancing drugs. This is completely and utterly false". Nothing like a blob of ego in an apology.
Ezra Klein had an excellent opinion comparing letting health insurers insure anybody in any state to how credit cards got to do that and what happened. It turns out to be a summary from this blog post.
