I actually slept eight hours last night, in two batches, the break happening when Spirit and Junie had a little brawl in the hallway. Junie was sleeping on top of the Safe Cage when I got her for her eyedrops, which is certainly easier for me.
I took the trash and recycling out, dropped a DVD at the post office, got gas, and headed off to the nephrologist. She had three double-books in the morning, so by the time I got there, she was quite late. I read most of the WashPost and sat up straight for too long. She says that maybe the new labs are my new set point, which I'd rather not, since they're worse than I've been for a while. I have to get a vitamin D level tomorrow. My hands have a tremor and I have to make an appointment with the neurologist.
I got home and was online for about an hour when I desperately needed more sleep and napped in the recliner for 2.5 hours. Then I got Junie from the top of the Safe Cage, gave her the drops, and put out dry food which they all ate at the same time. Everybody is out now -- Junie in the castle, Loki on the top perch, and Spirit on the heating pad.
I'm going to go sit on the recliner for a bit to help my back pain. I'll probably be back to read LJ and ML before I go to bed.
