Kaiser called to set up my echo and offered me Thursday and I told her that not only did I have a doctor's appointment that day, I really needed to spread out, so that's next Wednesday. I called Member Services about the helo bill and they were so busy they had an operator just taking messages. She said someone would call back within 24 hours.
