Better Day

I did sleep a couple of hours while Lucila was here, so I got seven hours of sleep and I expect to be closer to normal tomorrow. I'm still short of breath and have been dizzy/light-headed twice. I've also got some kind of hitch in my left back where if I swing my left leg forward, it hurts too much to go forward more than a couple inches. I probably walked too much yesterday and I'll take extra flexeril tonight because I take recycling out tomorrow.

Kaiser called to set up my echo and offered me Thursday and I told her that not only did I have a doctor's appointment that day, I really needed to spread out, so that's next Wednesday. I called Member Services about the helo bill and they were so busy they had an operator just taking messages. She said someone would call back within 24 hours.
