Rheumatologist plus a couple articles on polarizing ideas

The rheumatologist is having me make a lot of changes on a number of axes and I'm going to have to think about them all a bit before I can really integrate them into a new routine. I'll let you know when I get it figured out.

Now, I thought these were interesting. I'm not pushing religion or diet on anybody:
