"Spindle Stripe Desk Set"

Yes, I've finished my BFAC piece for next year. That's a small box, letter opener, magnifying glass, and twist pen (I'll send a box of refills with that). It's the least complicated piece/set I've ever made for BFAC, but the kit felt strongly like it was meant to be for embroidery and I didn't want to do that.

I got my hair cut today -- it looks a lot like the icon -- and :::gasp::: stopped on the way home to get a small vanilla cone. Nathan's makes great ice cream stuff and fortunately, I don't pass by it that often.
