10:17 pm: "Command Decision" and "Victory Conditions" by Elizabeth Moon
I've reviewed the first three books: "Trading in Danger", "Marque and Reprisal", and "Engaging the Enemy".

I was halfway through "Command Decision" when I had the stroke and my friend Steve very kindly brought it and the last book to the hospital for me. In this book, Kylara starts building her interplanetary fleet and has a number of small battles while Rafe rescues his parents from his father's assistant and then runs ISC. We get information here and there on Stella and Grace, but not as much as before.

Then on to "Victory Conditions" which gives us more battles, Toby's girlfriend's turns out to be the daughter of a henchman of the bad guy, and the bad guy attacks Nexus, where Rafe is. Ky's fleet flies to fight.

This was really a fabulous series. I highly recommend it!

This reminds me to resume my re-read of the series, which I'd set aside because (as sappy as this may sound) I didn't want to keep reading it if you couldn't.

Oh, that's nice! If I'd known that, I would have asked Steve to tell you I'd started in the rehab unit. I'd expected it to be more interesting there, but you had to have staff with you every minute you were out of bed (to keep from falling down) and there weren't that many staff.

Even if you'd known (and there wasn't any reason for you to have known), I think you would have a perfectly acceptable excuse....

It is sure great!!!!! to see you getting back to your old self, posting and making sooo much progress!

Matt and I have to drive (ick!) to KP Pembrooke today to return the CPAP machine I was lent this last week. I am hoping with better quality sleep (it turns out I have obstructive sleep apnea)I will be able to focus longer and do more reading, though it seems I still have no hope of being able to read as much as you do; thankfully you have come through this with flying colors!

I hope to see you soon, although I won't likely be at BookClub this month. It's the weekend of our annual trip to Ocean City.

By the way, how do I send a page of the the BFAC to my mom; it really looks like some jewelry or artwork in there she might really appreciate...

Much Love, Cyndi and Matt (and Dillon)

To Penderbrook? I always eat out on the way home. I'm glad to hear the CPAP is working! I have a lot of friends who use them and they've really made their life better.

We'll miss you at book club!

The easiest way to have your mom see what's up for BFAC this week is to copy the URL and paste that into email.

Glad to hear from you guys!
