But first, from now on, every time I hear of someone finding Jesus, I'm going to think of this image:

Lucila called today and said she would be about 20 minutes late -- her son's special school was sending him home and she had to go get him and find a babysitter -- but it turned out to be more like 90 minutes and I didn't go ahead and sleep because I expected her every minute. At the end of her cleaning, I woke up just long enough to pay her and then set the phone alarm for 90 more minutes. Something woke me up, I turned the phone alarm off, then realized it was a knock at the door and the UPS truck was going by, so I went out and got the box for the new shredder (the old one died last week at 14 years, so it's hard to argue). Then I went back to sleep, expecting the phone alarm to wake me up. So I actually woke up at 5:30pm.

I've been working on some of the BFAC web stuff between reading blogs, but I'll be on late tonight. Tomorrow I have the second opinion neuro appointment.

And in other medical news, Sir Terry has been fitted with a new hat that looks like it might not only slow Alzheimer's, but reverse it to some extent.
