A knock on my door woke me up -- Luke was home just for a few hours, to "visit" as he said, and we said Hi again, I re-explained to his daughter how to change the battery in the MP3 player, and they brought me a plant of yellow mums. I think they're mums. She told me they needed watering and I said I'd bring it in and water it after I got dressed. Then I went back to bed for a couple of hours. When I went out to get the plant, it was damp, so I think Luke watered it. I put it in the best sun the condo gets, but I'm pretty sure to kill it. It's in the 60s today and I will be closing the windows soon.

I think pale pink is much better than the old ones, but I'd still have trouble driving one of those. And when the woman came down, she had hair that didn't move and she was perched on three-inch stilettos. Ick.
I was hoping to meet with someone from Making Light tonight up in Bethesda. She's here to sell her graphic novels at a small press show and I may have screwed up by not calling her when I got her email with phone number yesterday and instead emailing back. I put in a call today that went to message, so I don't know if that will work out or not.
However, I'm going to go check for mail and then take a nap. I was up way too late last night.
