05:00 pm: Legalities
I was coming home from the Giant when I saw a neighbor outside and I stopped and talked to him about the proxy business from management. He told me some things I didn't know and we discussed the problems and he decided that he would talk to the police chief about it, because he was already talking to him about other things with management. Apparently they have lied about other things. For one thing, management didn't pay our association dues the last two years so we are no longer a condo association; the board members are a partnership and all liabilities are against them personally. We're not required to pay condo fees at all. (We should, of course, and management has to be forced to pay our association dues.)

Morgan, you'll appreciate this -- the District of Columbia has introduced a bill to allow breastfeeding.
